We’ve included the latest technology in our all-new CNC pipe benders to revolutionize industrial production with advanced features to ensure precise, efficient results. Designed to optimize the production of unique pieces as well as large series, these machines stand out due to their smart predictive system which automatically predicts the desired radiuses without needing to conduct any testing and minimizing material waste.
What is the main technical difference between the MC550CNC and the MC650CNC?
The main technical difference between the MC550CNC and MC650CNC CNC tube benders is the maximum bending capacity, which refers to the size of the tube or profile to be bent (diameter, wall thickness, height, and width).
As a standard, a bending machine’s capacity is measured by the maximum diameter of the round tube it can bend. In this regard, the MC550CNC can bend tubes up to 3 inches (76.2 mm) or 80 mm (3.1"), while the MC650CNC can bend up to 4 inches (101.6 mm).
This difference means that the MC650CNC is designed to work with larger profiles and more demanding structural requirements.

What advantages does CNC control offer over conventional bending machines?
The many advantages that CNC control offers over conventional bending machines are:
- Full connectivity for Industry 4.0, ensuring remote technical support worldwide.
- Manual mode for one-off parts and automatic mode for mass production with the simple push of a button.
- A comprehensive library of rollers, tubes, and profiles, configurable with dimensions and materials to adapt to all jobs.
- Step-by-step programming for rapid creation of the first part, and numerical programming for experienced users who want to streamline mass production.
- An intelligent predictive system to achieve the desired bending radius on the first attempt.
- Expandable and editable radius database with a curve adjustment percentage indicator.
- Storage capacity for over 10,000 step-by-step and/or numerical programs.
- Interpolated axis control for smooth transitions on perfect parts, with speed adjustment.
- Multilingual touchscreen interface with over 20 languages and an intuitive design.
What types of materials and profiles can these machines process?
The MC550CNC and MC650CNC bending machines can process all types of metallic materials, such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, or copper, to name just a few examples. As for tubes and profiles, both bending machines can process square, rectangular, and round tubes, as well as solid square, rectangular, and round profiles, in addition to UPN, IPN, T-shaped, angle, and channel sections, and many others.
Can these machines perform helical or spiral bends?
Absolutely, and with great precision, thanks to the interpolated axis control and speed control, making them especially useful for creating heat exchangers and handrails for spiral staircases, among other applications.
Is prior programming knowledge required to use Nargesa’s software?
Not at all, as the graphical interface is very intuitive. Furthermore, the learning curve allows an inexperienced user to create spectacular parts in just a few minutes, thanks to step-by-step programming.
Likewise, the machine operation video is particularly useful for quickly understanding how the equipment works, further facilitating the learning process from the very beginning.
What technical support does Nargesa offer for the commissioning of these CNC models?
Nargesa offers comprehensive technical support for the commissioning of both CNC bending machine models, including remote assistance via video call, online and/or in-person training, guidance on creating complex geometries, bending tips, video training courses, and troubleshooting to ensure our customers’ complete satisfaction.
What preventive maintenance do 3-roll CNC bending machines require?
The only preventive maintenance required for CNC bending machines is to keep the gears of the transmission system to the rotation axes well-lubricated. To this end, there is a lubrication warning and alarm that the CNC control manages based on the machine’s operating time, to inform the user when it is time to perform this task.
Is it necessary to change the rollers for each tube diameter?
For square and rectangular tubes and solid sections, as well as for round solid sections, it is not necessary to change the rollers.
The machine comes equipped with 9 standard rollers, with which it is possible to bend all types of profiles: square tube, rectangular tube, square solid section, round and rectangular solid sections, UPN profile, IPN profile, T-profile, angle iron, flat bar, and channel section, among others. In addition, the rollers are adjustable to the size of the tube or profile, allowing you to bend different dimensions simply by adjusting them, without the need for replacement.
However, for round tubes, it is essential to change the rollers. This ensures optimal support of the material during the forming of the part and yields a perfect result.
Can I use universal rollers, or do I need specific tools for each size?
Universal rollers are suitable for rectangular and square tubes and solid sections, for round solid sections, and for profiles of any size, while for round tubes, specific rollers must be used for each diameter. Likewise, custom rollers must also be used for custom profiles.
For round tube bending, we manufacture F155 steel rollers heat-treated to 62 HRC, suitable for bending all types of round steel or stainless steel tubes. These rollers are available in both millimeters and inches.
We also offer rollers made of Sustarin, specially designed for bending round tubes made of stainless steel, aluminum, and delicate materials with wall thicknesses less than 2.5 mm. These are also available in millimeters and inches.
How does the CNC ensure precision in the face of metal springback?
By creating what is known as a test bar, which is simply a sequence of three different radii on each of the various tubes and/or metal profiles to be worked with, so that the machine learns how each of these reacts during bending. From there, the machine sets the appropriate parameters to achieve the desired radius on every bend, preventing material waste in mass production.
What is the delivery time for the CNC bending machine series?
Immediate, since we maintain a constant stock. Ready to be shipped to the customer as soon as requested.
Additionally, the customer deals directly with the manufacturer, which streamlines the entire process, ensures specialized technical support, and minimizes delivery times.
What warranty do the machines have, and how is technical support handled?
The Nargesa MC550CNC and MC650CNC bending machines come with a three-year warranty, provided they are registered through our website.
