PP200 - Special die for bending to a fixed radius.

The Prada Nargesa team has designed and manufactured a set of dies to perform two different operations with the PP200 Horizontal Folding Press. In the first operation, we fold the profile at both ends, and in the second operation, we bend the profile until it almost forms a complete circle. In the final part of the video, the same client shows us how he makes these parts in his own workshop.
